Service Call and Labor Rate Information
We have a minimum charge of only $250 which includes the 1 half hour of labor for all services calls within our local area.

Labor Rate $90.00 per half-hour
Bench Check unit at Shop $90.00 per half-hour

North NJ Service Call (Perth Amboy to New York)

*Port to Port Charge $90.00 per half-hour

I Hereby authorizes the above repair work to de done along with the necessary material and herby grant you and/or your employees’ permission to aboard this boat. An express mechanic’s lien is herbyvacknowledge on the above vessel to secure the number of repairs thereof. Repairer is not responsible for loss or damage to articles left with boat in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control.Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 12-A:2-207: In the event the purchaser shall not make payment in full for merchandise herewith sold in accordance with the terms enumerated herein; purchaser agrees that he shall be liable for any unpaid balance together with interest thereon at 1-1/2 percent per month on full account. A FINANCE CHARGE of 1-1/2% per month will be made on accounts that remain unpaid thirty (30) days from the date of service. This is computed at an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18%. In the event that this obligation is referred to an attorney for collection, purchaser agrees to pay an attorney’s fee of 25 percent of the amount due and payable including the aforementioned interest. Boat owner/Customer HAS READ ABOVE TERMS AND AUTHORIZES AE TRANSITION DBA NAUTICAL COMFORT CONSULTS TO ABOARD THE ABOVE VESSEL TO MAKE REPAIRS.

Cancellation Policy
ALL CANCELATION MUST BE DONE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF AN APPOINMENT. ANY CALLS NOT CANCELED WITHIN THIS PERIOD WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEE FROM $250.00 - OR DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION OF TRAVEL TO THE LOCATION OF THE BOAT. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD GIVEN ABOVE. PLEASE INTIAL THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND THE CANCELLATION POLICY.
